The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s commuter rail lines span 388 miles over 14 routes serving 138 stations, each of which sits in a community where our passengers and the residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island live, work and play.

Keolis Commuter Services is dedicated to being a good neighbor to our neighbors, from safety to noise to the environment. It is an essential component to our work with the MBTA and our goals as the operator of MBTA commuter rail. In the near future, this page will serve as a portal for the communities we serve, documenting our relationships, fielding questions, and helping foster relationships and partnerships that benefit all.
