SAFETY

If you see a dangerous situation on or around MBTA commuter rail stations and tracks, please call the MBTA Transit Police at 617-222-1212. Your observations are a valuable tool in the continuing effort to maintain a safe transit environment. If you see something, say something.

At Keolis Commuter Services, safety is part of our DNA and always our single, most important priority—for our passengers, our employees and the communities we serve. From the recruitment and training of our employees to the way that we operate rail and transit systems, safety is the foundation upon which we work–here Boston and around the world.
Throughout our history, we’ve invested significant resources in training and technology to ensure that our employees are working with the most up-to-date safety information and operating with the highest level of safety awareness.
In Massachusetts, we’re working with local police and fire departments to ensure a coordinated response in the case of an emergency on the commuter rail system. We have and will continue to hold periodic drills to test the resiliency of our crisis management plan and to identify areas for improvement.
In everything that we do, our goal is simple: An experience that is comfortable, on-time and always safe.
